MorWEB introduces CRM functionality for mortgage brokers

 
 

October 15, 2007 - Marlborough Stirling Canada is pleased to announce the launch of a new service as part of its MorWEB mortgage broker origination platform that will dramatically improve the customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities of its users. This is made possible through a new real-time, fully automated transfer of client data between MorWEB and TrueContact, a web-based CRM solution developed by True Business Solutions Inc.

Mortgage brokers now have the ability to leverage the customer data they've entered into MorWEB by having that data readily available to them within TrueContact, where they can perform a range of CRM functions that allow them to easily track, segment and manage their client relationships, without requiring the broker to manually transfer data using an extract process.

Data from the MorWEB system is automatically updated in TrueContact whenever any client or application data is changed, without any user intervention, effortlessly keeping the CRM and origination system data in sync. In addition to making it easy to capture and submit mortgage applications to lenders, brokers can now organize, prioritize and easily work with this data to manage relationships for the longer term using the following TrueContact features:

  • Web-based access – sign on from any PC, anywhere with internet service
  • Customized email and marketing documents – generate targeted campaigns using built in templates or your own custom designs, all appropriately branded to suit your organization’s marketing strategy
  • Communication log – automatically log all contact made with your client
  • Automated task generation – diarize your tasks and set alerts to remind you of upcoming task deadlines, while recording all transactions in the communication log for complete historical records on each client
  • Calendar – one look at your calendar and you can see all of your tasks for the day, week or month
  • Corporate or single user versions – in a corporate environment you can assign tasks to other users within your firm
  • Reports – run, print or export reports to several file formats
